Fireflies Night Walk Near Shri Bhuvaneshvari Homestay, Jambrung, Karjat For a few glowing weeks before the monsoon, the forests around Jambrung come alive with fireflies. Join us for a quiet guided evening walk to witness this natural light show near the Peth Fort/Kothaligad landscape. Two route options: Family-Friendly Walk: Easy route, maximum 10 visitors, children 8+ with parent/guardian supervision. Adventurous Trail: Moderate route, maximum 7 visitors, adults only, 15+. Two experience formats: Short Evening Walk: Tea/snacks, briefing, guided walk, return. Hosted Evening Outing: Tea/snacks, briefing, guided walk, dinner, return. Included: Tea/snacks, drinking water refill, local guide/naturalist briefing, guided firefly viewing. Dinner: Included only in the longer hosted outing. Travel: Visitors arrange their own travel to and from Shri Bhuvaneshvari Homestay. Washroom access: Available only before and after the walk, not during the walk. Carry: Water bottle, closed shoes, rain protection, mosquito repellent, personal medicines, and a low-intensity torch. Rules: No flash photography, no loud music, no littering, no alcohol, no smoking, no touching or catching fireflies. Best season: Mid-May to mid-June, depending on weather and rainfall. Note: Firefly sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed.
