House Rules

  1. Check-In and Check-Out

    • Check-In Time: From 12 PM onwards. If you need to check in earlier, please contact us in advance.

    • Check-Out Time: By 09 AM. Late check-outs can be arranged if possible; please let us know ahead of time.

  2. Quiet Hours

    • Quiet Hours: From 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbours and other guests during these times.

  3. Smoking Policy

    • No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas.

  4. Use of Common Areas

    • Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen and common areas. Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.

    • Respect: Treat all shared spaces with respect and leave them as you found them.

  5. Pet Policy

    • Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture.

  6. Parties and Events

    • No Parties or Events: Hosting parties or events is not allowed to prevent noise disturbances and potential damage. Special events may be held after permission from the hosts.

  7. Parking Instructions

    • Parking: Please use the designated parking space in front of the house. Do not block neighbours’ driveways.

  8. Kitchen Use

    • Cooking: Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after cooking. Ensure all appliances are turned off after use.

    • Food Storage: Label any food items you store in the refrigerator.

  9. Energy Conservation

    • Lights and Appliances: Please turn off lights, heating, and cooling appliances when not in use to conserve energy.

  10. Security

    • Lock Doors: Always lock the doors when you leave the house to ensure everyone's safety.

    • Personal Belongings: Keep your personal belongings secure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  11. Waste Management

    • Trash Disposal: Please dispose of trash in the appropriate bins. Recyclables should be sorted according to the provided guidelines.

    • Compost: If applicable, use the compost bin for organic waste.

  12. Laundry

    • Laundry Times: Please avoid doing laundry late at night to minimize noise.

    • No Washing Machine: The washing machine is currently not available for use. We can provide laundry services by hand.

  13. Internet and Wi-Fi

    • Wi-Fi Access: The Wi-Fi network and password are provided in the welcome guide. Please use the internet responsibly.

    • Bandwidth: Be mindful of heavy bandwidth usage, especially during peak hours.

  14. Local Laws and Regulations

    • Compliance: Abide by all local laws and regulations during your stay. This includes noise ordinances, parking regulations, and occupancy limits.

  15. Emergencies

    • First Aid Kit: A first aid kit is available in the Kitchen area.

  16. Visitor Policy

    • Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you have visitors, please inform us in advance.

  17. Pool

    • Pool Rules: Follow all posted pool rules. No glass containers near the pool area.

  18. Fire Safety

    • Fire Alarms: Do not tamper with fire alarms or extinguishers. Know the locations of all fire exits.

    • Candles and Open Flames: No candles or open flames are allowed inside the house.

  19. Water Usage

    • Conservation: Please conserve water. Turn off taps tightly and report any leaks immediately.

  20. Usage of Environment Friendly Bath Toiletries:

    • We use only high-quality environment friendly bath and ablution toiletries. We urge the guests to also use the same.

  21. Noise Levels in Outdoor Areas

    • Respect Outdoor Areas: Maintain reasonable noise levels in outdoor areas, especially during quiet hours.

  22. Damages and Breakages

    • Report Immediately: Report any damages or breakages immediately so they can be addressed promptly.

    • Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

  23. Children’s Safety

    • Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the pool, and kitchen.

  24. Shoe Policy

    • Indoor Shoes: Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the floors clean. Indoor slippers are provided.

  25. Furniture and Appliances

    • Use with Care: Please use all furniture and appliances with care. Do not move furniture without prior approval.

    • Maintenance: Report any malfunctioning appliances immediately.

  26. Storage Areas

    • Restricted Areas: Some storage areas may be off-limits. Please respect these areas as they are designated for host use only.

  27. Guest Conduct

    • Respect for Others: Treat other guests, neighbours, and staff with respect and courtesy.

    • Behaviour: Any inappropriate behaviour, including excessive noise, illegal activities, or disturbance, will not be tolerated.

  28. Check-Out Procedures

    • Before Leaving: Please make sure to clean up your space, take out the trash, and lock all doors and windows before checking out.

    • Key Return: Return all keys to the designated spot as instructed, or hand over to the caretaker or owner.

  29. Health and Safety

    • Illness: If you or any member of your party falls ill during your stay, please inform us immediately.

    • Hygiene: Maintain good hygiene practices to ensure a healthy environment for everyone.

  30. Heating and Cooling Systems

    • Use Properly: Follow the provided instructions for using heating and cooling systems. Do not change settings without permission.

  31. Prohibited Items

    • Illegal Substances: No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

    • Hazardous Materials: Do not bring any hazardous materials, such as flammable liquids, onto the property.
